Where does your hair come from, and is it ethically sourced?

Our hair is donated at temples in India, where people offer it willingly as part of their faith. Because it's cut in one go, the strands stay aligned, which is what makes it Remy.

We know where it comes from because we've been there. Our founder, Priyanka, grew up in India, and since we started in 2007 she and our team have visited the temples and spent time with the women at our factory who make our hair. Ethical sourcing means fair treatment at every step, from the temple to your door.
