How do I find my color match?

You have three easy options:

• Free Hair Matching Service: send us a photo and our team matches you. Start here.
• Color chart: compare shades on our color chart. Screens vary, so use it as a starting point.
• Torn between two shades? Send us a photo in daylight and we'll tell you which is closer.

When your hair arrives, test the match before you commit. Keep the security ties on and hold the hair up to your own in natural light. If it isn't right, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery as long as the ties are intact. Please match before you color: chemically processed hair can't be returned.
