Can I wash this hair?

We typically recommend washing your Perfect Locks hair extensions at least once a week using sulfate free and paraben free products. It is best to use warm water when washing the hair as it opens a hair's cuticle to allow shampoo and conditioner to do their job. We recommend using cooler water when rinsing to help close the cuticle and seal in moisture from the conditioner. This helps your hair look shiny and healthy.

Tip: When washing wavy or curly hair, we recommend scrunching the hair with your hands from ends to roots in an upwards motion to pick up the natural curl pattern. The use of a leave-in conditioner is always recommended whether your air dry or blow dry.
