Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as you can. Orders placed before 2pm PT, Monday to Friday, ship the same day, so the sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we can make the change.

• After hours: send us a message through our contact page and we'll reply the next business day.

Please include your order number and what you'd like to change.

Once an order has shipped, we can't change or cancel it. FedEx address corrections carry a fee, and USPS addresses can't be changed after shipment. Please don't refuse the delivery, because refused shipments aren't refunded. You can still return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery through our Returns and Exchanges portal.

Ordered a custom or back-ordered item? You can cancel it for a full refund at any time before it ships.
