Do you require a signature?

All of our orders require a signature upon the time of delivery, due to the high value of our products. If you are not at home at the time of delivery USPS or FedEx will reattempt the delivery up to 3 times. If they don’t reach you, they will leave a notice letting you know you can go to the nearest location to retrieve the package.

If you would like to have your order delivered without a signature, you will have to complete our signature waiver form. Please feel free to contact us at support@perfectlocks.com and we will be more than happy to provide you with this form!

If you choose to waive the signature delivery, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended and this may void any insurance.
