What is your return and exchange policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your hair extensions.

• Exchange or store credit: no fee.
• Refund: back to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.

To qualify, the security ties must be intact, and the hair must be unworn, dry, not chemically treated, and in its original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.

You can test before you commit. While the ties are on, hold the hair up to yours, feel the texture, and wash or heat-style a small section.

Not returnable: chemically processed hair, care-related issues, hair care products, custom orders, and any item marked final sale. Final sale items can't be returned through the portal. Original shipping isn't refunded, and return shipping is on you.
