How do I start a return or exchange?

1. Go to our Returns and Exchanges portal and look up your order.
2. Choose the items you're sending back and pick an exchange, store credit or a refund.
3. Once your return is approved, ship your package using the instructions you receive. Return labels aren't provided, so you choose the carrier and pay the postage.
4. Refunds arrive within 7-10 business days after we receive your return, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Returning in person at our Walnut Creek location? Bring a valid photo ID. A signature is required.
